SENSORY SIP Los Angeles

A meditative wine tasting

Where Wine Tasting Meets Guided Visualization

A guided sensory experience that changes how you experience wine — and the moment you're in.

What is it?

A wine tasting — but instead of just swirling and sipping, I use meditation and visualization to guide you into fully opening your senses. I could say a mindfull wine tasting.

Not just to taste better — but to be more present with the people around you. More honest. More there.

I guide you through the story of each wine — the soil, the sun, the vine — so you understand what you're tasting and actually feel it. Each of the three wines opens a different emotional landscape, built with sound, scent, and music. What happens between those moments, I'll leave for the evening.

Woven into the experience are seeds of growth — small moments of reflection you can take with you, or simply leave at the table.

90 minutes. Small group. Everything provided. Start at $60pp.

What people experimented -

I absolutely loved the meditative wine experience. Moving through the meditations was so evocative, and really grounded my mind and opened my senses to link memories and emotions to the tastes of the wine in deep and exciting ways (especially with the added layer of music). I found the experience to be overwhelmingly positive - even after moving sometimes through darker feelings I felt like I could leave behind the things weighing me down and emerge holding a sense of joy and lightness, and that has stayed with me in the days since. I can’t wait to join another one!

Eight strangers sat down to talk about the weather—an hour later, we’d shared stories from around the world, tasted something truly full-bodied, and made real connections. I wish everyone could experience wine like this: not stiff or traditional, but playful, freeing, and deeply human. It’s like recess—for grown-ups.

Thank you, Penelope!!!!!!!
