If it's for first time doing hypnosis you may have questions, I'll explain everything. Below I answer the main interrogations.

Our time together begins with a brief conversation to understand what you want to work on. I will likely have questions for you. While you are undoubtedly the expert on your own experience, my focus isn't solely on the words you use to describe your problem. I am particularly attuned to your reactions, the nuances in your responses, and the emotions that surface.

And of course, you'll have the opportunity to ask as many questions as you want.

You are an intelligent person. If the solution to your challenges were simply a matter of intellectual understanding, you would likely have found it already. Our work together moves beyond this purely cognitive level. Instead, we will delve into the deeper layers of your experience, exploring the unique perceptions you hold and the intricate connections you have formed with your past, your present, and the world around you. By examining these underlying patterns and perspectives, we can unlock possibilities for change that go beyond intellectual comprehension alone.

Then, we'll begin the journey of meeting the most important person in your life: yourself. The aim isn't to become self-obsessed, but rather to truly connect with who you are. This will then allow you more time to live, meet people, and engage with the world around you.

My own journey with hypnosis began as a client. I was tired of feeling stuck and self-critical. No, really, I was fed up with myself. Meaning, I wanted mental space for things other than analyzing my suffering or finding solutions. And yes, to move on. I yearned to make peace with myself, move forward, and create space in my mind to be present and interested in other things.

My approach is rooted in the belief that true and lasting change comes from within. Therefore, my aim is not to simply provide temporary solutions, but rather to help you cultivate your own inner strength and develop new ways of seeing things. My intention is to equip you with the fundamental resources and empowering perspectives necessary for you to navigate your life's journey with greater confidence and effectiveness.

How many sessions will I need?

This is impossible to answer definitively because each individual's path is unique. What might be a seemingly small obstacle for one person could be deeply challenging for another, sometimes even more so than facing significant past trauma. Therefore, I cannot predict the number of sessions. However, my ultimate goal is to empower you to become independent as quickly as possible.

Will I be aware of what's happening during the session?

Yes, absolutely. Unlike some misconceptions, you will be fully aware of what is happening during the entire hypnosis session. You will be able to hear my voice, notice your surroundings, and remember the experience afterward. Hypnosis is not a state of unconsciousness or sleep. In fact, many people describe it as a state of focused attention and heightened awareness, much like the 'flow state' that artists or athletes experience when they are deeply engaged in their activity. In those moments of intense focus, they are in a form of trance, yet they are highly present and responsive. Importantly, you remain in control throughout the session and can choose how you respond and what you engage with. You are an active participant in the process.

How long does a typical session last?

The session is 1 hour. For some specific situation, we can think of longer sessions. We'll talk about that after the first session.

What are your qualifications?

I was certified by the french school named ARCHE which is one of the most recognised in France.  I've been practicing in Spain and here for 7 years  regularly adding new techniques.
