Ways to Work Together

I help you navigate significant moments in life - whether that's savoring a present experience, moving through a challenge, or creating meaning in transition.

My approach draws from many practices (hypnosis, NLP, somatic work, ritual creation) because every person and every moment is different. I use what actually serves you, not what a method says I should use.

Three ways we can work together:

  • Sensory Sip: Meditative wine tasting experiences that awaken presence
  • Private Sessions: One-on-one exploration for recurring patterns, fears, or life transitions
  • Ritual Creation: Design meaningful rituals for moments that matter

All of it comes back to the same thing: helping your brain move through significant moments with awareness and transformation.

 

The poet Fernando Pessoa has a wonderfull way to express it: Life interrupts us. We fall. We fear. We search. My work is about transforming those moments into something meaningful.

Of everything, three things remained:

The certainty that we are always beginning,

The certainty that it is necessary to continue,

The certainty that we will be interrupted before finishing.

To make of interruption a new path.
