SENSORY SIPS

Sensory Sip is a guided wine experience that slows down time and awakens all your senses.

Through gentle guidance, intentional listening, and shared moments, you’ll taste wine in a way you’ve never experienced before — noticing textures, emotions, memories, and subtle sensations as they arise in your body and mind.

💌 A special Valentine’s Sensory Sip is available for couples in February.

🌿 The Experience

I'll guide you on a journey that begins in the vineyard. You'll become the roots reaching into the soil, the vine drawing in sun and rain, the grape forming from earth and human care. You'll understand terroir not as a concept, but as a felt experience—and recognize that wine is both nature's gift and generations of human craft.

Then we taste. Three wines, each opening a different emotional landscape—from lightness and joy to stillness to deeper, more vulnerable territory.

French homemade snacks and fresh sourdough bread accompany the tasting

The experience is designed to feel:

  • Artistic — expressive, subtle, poetic

  • Playful — curious, embodied, alive

  • Luxurious — unhurried, intimate, refined

  • Grounded in presence — where time softens and perception expands

💌 Seasonal & Special Editions

On selected dates, Sensory Sip is offered in special editions — such as a Valentine’s experience for couples, designed to cultivate connection, intimacy, and shared presence.

Private Sensory Sip sessions are hosted in intimate settings and tailored to your group.

Sessions include:

  • 1.5 to 2 hours of guided experience

  • Conscious tasting of 3 wines

  • Simple, thoughtful companion bites

  • Groups of 6 to 12 participants

  • Hosted at your home or a private venue

I select the wines for the experience, focusing on sensory contrast, texture, and emotional resonance. If you wish to work with specific wines, the experience can be adapted when communicated in advance.

✨ An introductory private rate  at $50pp is currently available for a limited number of sessions.
