Session 1: Opening the Door (90 minutes) We do deep work together. This isn't just gathering information—it's the first step of your ritual. We name what this transition is truly about, what you're ready to release, and what you're calling in. I need to understand what your unconscious is holding before I can design what comes next.
Between sessions: I design your personalized ritual. I may send questions by email as details emerge.
Session 2: The Ritual Revealed (60 minutes) I walk you through what I've created—the structure, the steps, the symbols, what each part means. We end with a hypnosis session to ground everything deeper. Then you choose when you'll perform your ritual.
Your ritual happens (you do this on your own or I guide you—your choice).
Session 3: Integration (60 minutes) We meet after your ritual. How was it? What shifted? I'll offer final guidance and a closing hypnosis to help you step fully into this new phase.
