What Happens during the experience
Beautiful table, French charcuterie and cheese, candles and a fresh apricot and rosemary sourdough loaf, baked that morning is welcoming your team.
The experience starts the moment they see the table.
I begin with a guided visualization. I invite you to become the vine — its roots reaching into the soil, the sun, the rain, the slow becoming of the grape. A gentle metaphor for growth, and a way of arriving fully before the first glass is poured.
For each wine, I build a different atmosphere using evocation, music and landscape. It opens the senses and prepares the palate. People taste, and the conversation flows freely — whatever comes to mind. Three atmospheres, three emotional worlds: joy, serenity, and a deeper sense of interdependence and the strength of being together.
The session closes with something simple between colleagues — unexpected, and quietly unforgettable.

Can the experience be tailored to our team?
Yes. Before your event, I will ask you a little about your team and what this moment means to you. The experience is adapted accordingly.
The wine selection can also be customized — I work primarily with French wines, but can vary the origins based on your preferences. If you wish to explore more prestigious wines, the selection and pricing can be adjusted accordingly.
How much space do we need?
A meeting room or open space that comfortably seats your group around a table. I handle the rest.
